Paddock and bramble cutting for 16-35 HP compact tractors
Reclaim overgrown paddocks with hammer flails that knock down brambles and rough grass where a topper bounces. The 1.25m Winton W‑FB125 threads tight gateways on a compact tractor - wide enough to clear ground fast, narrow enough to slip into corners.

DescriptionWhy buy the Winton W‑FB125 Flail Mower?
If you're working a smallholding with a compact tractor in the 16–35 HP band, the W-FB125 hits the sweet spot. It's the mid-width model in Winton's W-FB flail range, sitting between the narrower and wider siblings at 1.25m of cut. Wide enough to clear a paddock without endless passes. Narrow enough to thread between fence lines and gateways.
Built for rough paddock work
A flail earns its keep where a topper struggles. The W-FB125 carries 20 hammer-style blades on a cylindrical rotor, chopping brambles, tough grass and weed growth into a finer mulch rather than leaving long stems behind. Belt drive — 3 belts running to the rotor shaft — takes power from the tractor PTO.
Cut height and ground following
Two height-adjustable skids set the cut between 3 and 8 cm. The rear roller adjusts independently, and combined with the tractor top link it lets you tilt the mower to suit uneven ground. That's what keeps the blades off the dirt on lumpy paddocks where a rigid topper would scalp.
Hitching up
The W-FB125 mounts on a Cat 1 three-point linkage with a lower linkage width of 49–69 cm — standard territory for a smallholding compact. At 260 kg it's a solid lift but well within the 16–35 HP bracket.

Review Your Winton W‑FB125
I would recommend the WFB125 flail mower to anybody, It's a fantastic bit of kit to have and easy to operate.
Has proved very effective cutting my lawn attached to a Ferguson TED20 I would rate it 5 out of 5. No problems as yet.
Excellent bit of kit for the price! Couldn’t have asked for better. Our fields are so uneven so really is needed.
Excellent service and an excellent bit…
Excellent service and an excellent bit of machinery for a fair price. We’re really helpful with the delivery as we had to unload near our track rather than at the property. All in all a seamless service.
