How it works behind the scenes?
Know what to expect from the moment you order to the moment your machine arrives, ready to work.
1. Place Your Order
Place your order securely online, over the phone, or via Proforma Invoice — you’ll receive an email confirmation, and we’ll take care of the rest.
2. Order Type
Depending on your machine, your order will follow one of two routes:
A. Made to Order
For built-to-order machines
Your machine is manufactured here in the UK, with a dedicated fast-track build slot assigned as soon as your order is confirmed.
B. Reserved for You
For in-stock machines
Your machine is assigned from our in-stock inventory, and prepared for dispatch from a UK facility.
3. Built With Care
Every machine is assembled or inspected by British technicians, with meticulous attention to detail and rigorous quality control at every stage.
4. Everything You Need, Included as Standard
We include all the essentials — assembly, greasing, oiling, PTO shafts, link pins, hydraulic hoses, and more — so your machine arrives ready to go, with no hidden extras required.
5. Professionally Packed
Each machine is carefully wrapped and packed to protect it in transit — robust, clean, and handled with care.
6. Delivered to Your Door
Delivery is free of charge, and we use a range of specialist vehicles — with ramps, tail lifts, or cranes — to make offloading straightforward and stress-free. We also ask drivers to call you an hour before arrival, so you’re kept up-to-date.
7. Ready to Work, Built to Perform
Once delivered, your machine is ready to go — built to handle hard work, save you time, and get the job done right. It’s why so many of our customers come back for more.
8. Manuals, Support & Spares
We’re here when you need us — now and later
Each machine includes clear, easy-to-follow manuals. And whenever you need advice, our support team is just a call or click away.
