Delivery

Delivery Locations

We deliver all machines to mainland England and Wales. If you are located outside of these regions, please contact us before purchase and we can discuss delivery options.

The goods you order will be delivered to the UK address you give when you place your order.

Delivery Prices

We offer free delivery to England and Wales for all of our machines. Scotland is often free too, simply contact us to check.

Oversized items are delivered on a curtain-side lorry, and will require unloading equipment, such as a forklift truck, telehandler, or frontloader. Any oversized item has its unloading requirements listed in the Description on the product page.

There are no additional delivery charges for taillift delivery or curtain-side delivery on oversized items.

After a Delivery Update?

Fill in the form below, and our team will get back to you via email with the latest updates. Submitting the form is quicker than calling over the phone, as our team often have to speak with couriers or manufacturers for the most up-to-date information.

By submitting this form, I agree to the privacy policy.

Delivery Times

  • All stocked machines have a handling time of 1-4 working days, and a transit time of 2-3 working days.
  • Machines that are built to order have an estimated manufacturing and delivery time of 2-6 weeks.

All delivery times are shown on the product page of this website. Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted. However, the Supplier will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. In this case, the Supplier will inform you of any delay as soon as possible and will give you the option of cancelling your order at this point.

Damage during Delivery

Upon receipt of your order, you will be asked to sign for the goods received in good condition. If the package does not appear to be in good condition, please refuse the delivery. If you are unable to check the contents of your delivery at the point of delivery, please sign for the parcel as "UNCHECKED". Failure to do so may affect any warranty claims that you make thereafter.

If you need to return any item that is not damaged or faulty, delivery charges will still be payable.

Delivery Preferences at Checkout

During checkout, you may be asked a few questions to help us plan your delivery. The questions you will be asked vary depending on machine.

  • Unavailable Delivery Dates: Let us know any dates when you’re unable to accept delivery, and we’ll avoid scheduling around them.
  • Unloading Equipment: If you have a forklift, telehandler, or similar on-site, this may help speed up dispatch and delivery.
  • Bin Lorry Access: Our couriers typically use vehicles the size of a standard UK bin lorry. If access is restricted, we can arrange for a smaller vehicle where possible.

Delivery FAQs

Can I leave a note for the delivery driver?

There is a field for delivery notes in the checkout. Alternatively, contact us and we will pass on your message.

Do I have to sign for my order?

Deliveries will typically require a signature to confirm you have received your order correctly. Some couriers are happy to place your order in a safe place. You can leave delivery instructions for the courier in the Checkout.

What if I miss the delivery?

If there is no one home when the courier tries to deliver, they will leave a card to let you know the item will be redelivered or is waiting for you at your local depot. The courier may leave your item with a neighbour; please see the card left for you.

Can I collect the item myself?

Collection from our premises can be arranged; however, payment will have to be received before collection so that we can ensure the product is available.

Will my order arrive assembled?

In most cases (around 96%), your order will arrive fully assembled, pre-oiled, greased, and ready to use. For certain machines, a small amount of assembly may be required to prevent damage in transit or to make delivery possible. Rest assured, every machine is prepared as fully as possible while ensuring safe and hassle-free delivery.

Preparing Your Tractor

If you have ordered an attachment for use behind a Tractor, check the following to avoid delays when setting up your machine:

  • Top link arm: Ensure it’s attached and extends freely. If not, replacements are available.
  • Lower link arms: Both must be fitted – they’re essential for attaching 3-point linkage equipment.
  • Link arm adjusters/check chains: Make sure they’re free and adjustable.
  • PTO rotation: Should spin clockwise when viewed from behind. Some tractors are the opposite - see our PTO guide.
  • PTO size: Must be 6-spline, 1 3/8". Older models (e.g. Ferguson T20s) may need a converter.
  • Linkage category: Our equipment fits Category 1 linkages as standard. Almost all of our equipment can be supplied to fit Category 2, with larger machines supplied with both Cat 1 and Cat 2 pins as standard - see our Linkage guide.
  • Hydraulics: If required, check your tractor has enough hydraulic outlets and the correct flow rate.

Before Using Your Machine

  • Read the manual first – a paper copy is included with your delivery. Need another? Just ask.
  • Check all bolts before use, and again after the first few hours.
  • Greasing & oiling: Moving parts must be lubricated. We recommend a grease gun and 80W90 oil (check your manual for specifics).
