DescriptionWhy buy the Chapman CPC180-F Flail Collector?

The Chapman CPC180-F Tractor Flail Collector is perfect for the maintenance of parkland, estates, sports grounds & horse paddocks.

ALL YEAR ROUND PERFORMANCE
The CPC is a tractor mounted sweeper/mower that has been specifically designed for maximum performance whilst keeping it simple and user friendly. Both 1.5m and 1.8m models are available to cover a large working area with a large hopper capacity of 1750 litres (1.5m) and 2100 litres (1.8m) for collection of grass, leaves, manure and other materials.

With all year round usability, the CPC Tractor Collector is the perfect machine for use in all seasons for all requirements. All the CPC Series models feature heavy duty all-steel construction and a high quality powder coated finish for long working life and first class quality.

CPC FLAIL COLLECTOR
Our innovative double helix rotor design incorporates a solid 40mm diameter drive shaft through the centre of the rotor. Structural grade high tensile steel tube is used to give an overall rotor diameter of 500mm, with flail lugs welded in a double-helical pattern.

This unique design transfers cutting power more efficiently from the gearbox to the cutting heads, giving a cleaner cut, smoother running and better performance in tough situations. Furthermore the rotor incorporates double row spherical roller bearings for increased reliability. Perfect for maintaining parks, golf courses and estates.

HIGH LIFT HYDRAULIC TIP
The CPC Series come with a 1.3m high-lift hopper for quick and convenient emptying into trailers or into ground piles thanks to it’s hopper pivot located
at the top rear of the machine. This is done via your tractor’s hydraulic services from the comfort of your seat. Each hydraulic cylinder comes with cylinder locks to ensure safety when working on the machine and hopper.

Fully height adjustable castor wheels are installed towards the front of the machine for easy towing when the machine is in work mode.

UNIQUE PIVOTING HEADSTOCK
At the front of the CPC, a unique pivoting mounted headstock and heavy duty castor wheels are installed to allow the CPC to follow the towing vehicle with ease, enabling enhanced manoeuvrability and making it easy to navigate tight spaces and reversing. A wide angle PTO shaft is fitted to allow tight turns to be made easily and safely.
