Winton 12" Post Hole Borer WHB12

When you're hanging a field gate or anchoring a corner, a 6-inch hole won't take the post. The WHB12 drives a 30 cm auger to 90 cm depth — room to set a strainer below the frost line and ram in fill around it without splitting the timber.

Strainer and gate-post work

This is the size that earns its keep on fence lines. Stock-fence intermediates can run on a 6" or 9" bore; strainers, gate hangers and corner anchors need the wider hole to seat properly and hold a wire under tension.

Tractor fit and driveline

The 20-50 HP range covers compact tractors at the lower end through mid-size utility tractors at the top. Supplied as a complete kit — auger, gearbox and PTO shaft in one box, so there's no separate driveline to chase.
