Winton 1.05m Stone Burier with Seeder W‑SS105

The narrower of Winton's two stone burier seeders, the W-SS105 is built for smallholders and paddock owners running a 20–28 HP compact tractor. One pass tills the ground, buries stones and debris underneath, levels the surface with the rear roller and leaves a clean bed ready for seed.

Till, bury, seed and roll in one pass

20 blades on the rotor work the soil to a maximum 12 cm depth. Heavier stones and surface debris drop beneath the lifted tilth, so the lighter, finer soil settles on top. The rear mesh roller follows behind to level the bed and firm it ready for grass seed.

Set up for smaller tractors

At 1.05m working width and 373 kg, the W-SS105 suits compact and smallholding-grade tractors that would struggle with the wider 1.25m W-SS125. It hitches to a Cat 1 three-point linkage and runs from the PTO, with the seeder and roller powered off the roller itself.

Driveline protection

A shear bolt PTO shaft is included as standard to protect the driveline if the rotor catches something solid. For ground that punishes shear bolts, Winton offers an optional slip clutch PTO upgrade — fewer broken bolts, less downtime.
