SCH TRCL Large Capacity Trailed Leaf Collector

This large capacity leaf collector has been developed by SCH to tow behind lawn tractors having the description known as "twin cut". Other machines can be adapted on request.

Lawn tractors have a centre rear discharge that blows the cut grass and leaves into a limited size hopper, which results in frequent emptying and can become time consuming and frustrating. The advantage of the TRCL is that it greatly increases the collecting capacity so that larger areas can be collected in one fill, thus reducing the amount of time and labour required.

The TRCL features a powerful motorised fan unit which is mounted on the front and sucks up the green waste from the cutter deck, then propels it to the trailer. The trailer has a low centre of gravity, which makes it extremely stable on hilly ground. Wide pneumatic wheels greatly reduce wheel markings on soft ground.

The fan on the unit is belt-driven to protect the engine should a blockage occur.

This SCH large capacity trailed collector is also suitable for use on level tarmac and gravel surfaces.
