What is the lead time for the SCH LCPTP?

The LCPTP is built to order. The sooner your order is placed, the sooner your order will be manufactured and delivered to you. If ordered today, it is estimated to be delivered to you in 2-3 weeks.

Do I require a forklift to offload the SCH LCPTP?

No offloading required. The LCPTP will arrive on a specialist vehicle that the courier can offload from by themselves - this is included free of charge to mainland England and Wales. If you are in Scotland or on an island, please contact us for delivery details.

Does the SCH LCPTP require assembly?

The LCPTP will arrive assembled, oiled, greased and ready to use, and instructions will arrive with the machine.

Can I leave details for the courier?

There is a delivery notes field in the checkout where you can leave details - we can accommodate small vehicle requests, narrow roads, or safe places to leave an order if you're not home. The couriers are also instructed to call you 1 hour prior to arrival.

DescriptionWhy buy the SCH LCPTP Plastic Trailer?

The large plastic trailer fills a gap in our comprehensive trailer range, where a bulk, rot proof, transporter is required. The wide profile wheels, on four stud roller bearing hubs, fitted as standard, gives the trailer stability over rough or wet ground. The chassis is built of strong steel, giving the plastic body the necessary support. A metal buffer is fitted around the top roll of the trailer.

The trailer tipping device is simple to operate. An extendable tipping handle makes the tipping operation an easy task.

The towing hitch is a 50mm ball coupling. Other hitches are available upon request.

We have used the trailer extensively behind a Gator for hauling feedstuffs, collecting wood-chip, carrying fencing materials etc. and for clearing leaves and fallen branches etc in the autumn. It is ideal for these jobs and leaves little if any footprint.

I have only had it for a few weeks. For now, it's a very handy bit of kit, and I am pleased. It was very expensive, but not more so than rivals, and I did a lot of research. The plastic body is dead handy, though a wee bit thin. I worry it could be a bit thicker, so I am laying a mat on the base in case a wayward log splits it. It is very well balanced and handy to move around. I guess the acid test is: would I buy another? Yes, I would.
