The GWTS10 Boasts a Generously-Sized Flatbed Trailer Design
Featuring a fixed headboard and removable sides and tailgate, the inline wheels allow the sides to drop down unimpeded for ease of loading and unloading. The sides, headboard and tailgate are all topped with a durable galvanised steel strip, and the hinges for the sides are galvanised thick steel. To remove the sides, unlatch the top clips and slide the hinges.

Wide Profile Turf Tyres
Highly durable pneumatic 15/600x6 wheels with roller bearings and a 1" solid steel axle shaft. The turf-friendly tread pattern provides significant grip while leaving minimal track marks on your grass.
Manual Tipping Trailer
To tip the trailer, release the spring bolt latch at the front of the trailer body and slightly lift the front of the trailer. The trailer is balanced for easy tipping, and gravity will do most of the work for you.
Clevis Hitch / 50mm Ball Hitch
This garden trailer is fitted with a Clevis Hitch (also known as a Pin Hitch) as standard. There is an option to have a 50mm Ball Hitch fitted. The ball hitch is the same size as you would find on a caravan.
Mesh Trailer Extension Sides
The trailer features 300mm high mesh extension sides. This doubles the carrying volume of the trailer, which is ideal for bulky loads such as autumn leaves or hedge cuttings. The rear mesh is easily removable for ease of tipping.
Heavy Duty Trailer Chassis
The chassis of the GWTS10 is constructed out of thick and heavy-duty steel. The trailer is fully welded for strength and doesn't rely on inferior rivets like cheap imported trailers.
Phenol Ply Trailer Body
The trailer body is built from phenol-coated plywood for a very durable finish. The phenol coating weatherproofs the ply for impressive durability. The benefit of the phenol ply is twofold - it has a substantial strength-to-weight ratio, keeping the weight of the trailer down so that your lawn tractor or quad can tow it more easily. It is also easily replaceable compared to a steel trailer that must be scrapped once worn down.
Free Delivery
Delivery of SCH machines is included free of charge, and they are transported on dedicated 3.5T flatbed vans. These vans feature ramps so that the driver can unload without the need for a forklift. The small size of the vans allows successful delivery down remote and narrow roads. The machine arrives fully assembled and ready to use.

Very useful trailer
Very useful trailer, the best I have owned, it as many years of work life in it. Would highly recommend for the garden, parks, livery yards and many other venues. It is strongly made and suitable for the roughest of jobs The Zaros Machinery were easy to deal with and delivery was excellent, would buy again from them, if they had what i was looking for
I'd recommend this to others.
Jem has asked me to review the trailer as I have used it for the past 8 months. In general, I am very pleased as it is sturdy yet lightweight so can be used on our formal lawns. My only issue with the trailer is that the wheelbase needs be wider so to give the trailer more stability on the slopes. I would recommend this product and give it 4 out of 5.
Thank you for your review and recommendation! SCH has designed the trailer to balance capacity with compactness, and a wider wheelbase would cause the drop-down sides to foul on the wheels. For better stability on slopes, it is recommended to drive straight up or down rather than across — this makes a noticeable difference in most situations.

The trailer is perfect for our needs, we have a 7 acre site here and used to do everything with a wheelbarrow, now we tow the trailer behind our ride on mower and tip the contents into our compost heaps. Good bit of kit saves us quite a bit of time and effort

I reckon they are the best on the market
I would recommend the trailer; I reckon they are the best on the market. The trailer was a replacement for an almost identical one made by a former SCH competitor, now defunct. The SCH is better in so far as the wheels are a little bigger but the fixings for the flap at the back are worse: they stick out and are easy to catch your leg/trousers on- drawing blood on one occasion. I would give it 5/5. Just a pity about the latches

Re the GWTS10 500kg tipping trailer. The only regret buying this trailer is that I didn't buy one years ago, I use it daily in the summer time for my very large garden waste, it tows perfectly behind my ride on mower, I'd highly recommend anyone buying one,it's so light you don't know it's behind you and very very easy to reverse, I can't stay hopefully because I know it will last me for many years, money well spent, I do look after it and keep it garaged in the winter tho,as the saying goes, you look after your tools and they will look after you,

Solid design. large load carrier but light enough for a average garden mower to tow. The detachable mesh side makes it good to leaf collecting and has easily coped with heavy loads of wet sand.

My colleague uses it the most and is very impressed with it, the load capacity is much better as we purchased the cage for the trailer as well, also the trailer is more stable with the wider tyres.

We have been using the trailer daily and it has been a great help. We use it to take the horse muck across the fields to the muck heap. The tipping element makes it a much easier job and we pull it using a small quad bike. I would rate it highly: 5/5

This trailer is my second SCH trailer and won’t be my last. I have used it for a range of activities from hauling blocks and bulk bags, to moving large logs around. I have recommended the trailer to friends
It is great for transporting larger boards and long logs. We now use it mostly for getting a baffled water tank to reforestation areas where newly planted trees need watering. Its dimensions are perfect for housing the 400 litre tank. The metal extension sides we ordered have never been used - probably never will. I have recommended the trailer to friends.
The trailer has proven to be a real asset
The trailer has proven to be a real asset. It is strong and robust round the garden and for DIY. I’ve used it for everything from garden waste and leaves (with the cage attachment) to moving rubble and building waste. I’ve even used it for the Christmas decorations after a quick hose down. The supplied hitch pin was also excellent. Only improvement I’d make is a pin to lock the steering for reversing but you get used to it after a while. Good purchase.

I have been using the Trailer continuously for the last few years. I use it to transport all garden waste and find the capacity more than adequate. For instance today I was transporting the cut up sections of a couple of mature trees I lost in the recent storms across our lawn into one of our fields for chipping. Without the trailer this would have taken me weeks rather than a couple of days. The trailer is an indispensable part of my machinery stock (which I use every day) and can highly recommend it to anyone looking for a garden trailer.

The trailer is very versatile, the 4 wheels allow us to we use the hand grips and pull it manually, we also attach to both our lawn tractor and compact tractor for heavier work around the grounds. With the swivel front axle, the turning circle is outstanding. We are very pleased with this trailer and would recommend it to anyone with a larger plot or small holding.

What I would really like is to be able to have it tipping! But I don’t have a tractor with hydraulic oil to attach it to. If you could do one with a little petrol/electric motor that activated a hydraulic ram and made it a tipping trailer this would be great….or if I could geta kit to convert myself I would seriously look at this.
Hi Evan, a manual tipping version of this trailer, built by the same manufacturer, is the GWTS15, or an electric/manual hydraulic tipping option would be the HTRLE/HTRLM. While the above-mentioned SCH trailers have tipping facilities, they do not have four wheels or a turntable mechanism. The GWT415 is ideal when you want to manoeuvre the trailer by hand or use it disconnected from the towing vehicle.
