DescriptionWhy buy the SCH GWCS9 Towed Sprayer?
The 12 volt diaphragm pump is powered from the lawn tractor's battery. In line filters are incorporated to prevent, as far as possible, irritating stoppages from blocked nozzles. The spray nozzles are mounted on anti-drip holders preventing the liquid from continuing to flow when the pump is shut down. A brass hand trigger lance, complete with quick and simple twist connectors, is supplied with this sprayer. The lance is an useful tool for spot spraying and around trees and shrubs. A 5 litre wash bottle is mounted on the chassis of the sprayer for dowsing down in case of skin contact with spray liquid.
The maximum spray width is 2440mm (96") and, with tow wing booms folded back and switched off, the spray width reduces to 1220mm (48").

The spreader is just what I needed
There were a few issues with the sprayer. I have had to drill and bolt the boom to the chassis as it worked loose when going over the fields and also strap up the extending boom arms because the they also worked loose and folded in. The spreader is just what I needed and with my tweaks the sprayer is much better.

Thank you for your detailed feedback. I believe the boom worked itself loose due to the roughness of the field sprayed. If used on regularly cut, flat ground, this problem will not occur.
