Do I require a forklift to offload the Winton WHF-SP?

No offloading required. The WHF-SP will arrive on a tail lift vehicle for ease of unloading - this is included free of charge to mainland England and Wales. If you are in Scotland or on an island, please contact us for delivery details.

Can I leave details for the courier?

There is a delivery notes field in the checkout where you can leave details - we can accommodate small vehicle requests, narrow roads, or safe places to leave an order if you're not home. The couriers are also instructed to call you 1 hour prior to arrival.
