Sprung Tines

Sterling’s sprung S-tines are specially selected to agitate the menage surface, turning it over and ensuring the fill is mixed.

Other tines drag through the surface without mixing it. Our tines deeply mix the constituents, whether that’s sand and fibre, or rubber or carpet, for the perfect surface conditions.

Crumble Rollers

Our rollers first job is to set the depths the tines plunge into your fill. With dual rollers, you can get grading within seconds, as you know the depth settings are consistent every time.

Our dual rollers have been carefully designed to break up clumps and redistribute the surface.

The rollers have angled bars, setting it apart from most other graders with inferior straight bars. Our angled bars ensure there is always one point of contact with your surface - this prevents the huge vibration of straight bars that slam to the ground as they rotate.

Reducing this vibration massively extends the lifespan of your rollers, bearings and machine. As the rollers roll across the length of their tines instead of bouncing uncontrolled from tine to tine, they leave a consistent, neater, classier finish.

Ease of Use

Set the tine depth once, and once you’re happy with the setting, it can be left. There’s no need to reset or remember settings between each use of the grader.

All you have to do is turn the easy-to-use screw jack to raise and lower the Sand Hopper wheels to and from transport, and you’re good to go.

Compatible with all vehicles

The adjustable drawbar height allows for 4x4s, Quads, Utility Vehicles, Tractors or Ride-on Mowers to all connect to the grader.

The smooth-motion crumble rollers allow lower horsepower/cc vehicles to tow without strain.

Optional Side Scraper

Our heavy-duty side scraper will pull the build up of material from your kick boards. It can be fitted to either side of your machine, for ease-of-view for both left and right hand drive vehicles.

We have included a solid wheel on the scraper that protects your kickboards. The scraper, and the solid wheel are fully adjustable and easily removable.
