DescriptionWhy buy the SCH GWUE Garden Waterer?
The SCH garden watering unit is equipped with a electric-powered pump which delivers the water to the required area through a rose nozzle which can be removed to convert to a single stream flow. An on/off device is fitted to the delivering end of the dispensing hose.
Mounted on a single axle chassis, the watering unit has a tow bar with SCH's standard clevis and pin coupling. This can be upgraded to a 50mm ball hitch if required.
This SCH garden watering unit has a 270 litre / 60 gallon capacity and is supplied with 6 metres of ¾" hose.
It can be filled from any external source such as a pond, water tank, etc. This adaptation must be requested at the time of ordering.

Review Your SCH GWUE
A useful product which promises to meet our expectations. One star dropped as we had difficulties starting the motor-driven pump after a period of non-use. This was cured by giving the motor a thorough clean and changing the oil.

If I had one little gripe, I think the filter that you put into the water when extracting needs to be stronger than the plastic one it came supplied with. This unfortunately broke quite quickly / easily and have since sourced a stronger brass filter that does the job. Overall, happy customer.

It’s pretty good and I would recommend it. I would say it particularly suits watering large plants and trees because of the volume of water it delivers.

I think it is excellent. I wish it could be a bit bigger and have a longer hose or at least one that could be adapted to a standard hose size but I have no complaints. 5/5!
