Do I require a forklift to offload the Longdog BR1220?

No offloading required. The BR1220 will arrive on a specialist vehicle that the courier can offload from by themselves - this is included free of charge to mainland England and Wales. If you are in Scotland or on an island, please contact us for delivery details.

Does the Longdog BR1220 require assembly?

The BR1220 will arrive assembled, oiled, greased and ready to use, and instructions will arrive with the machine.

Can I leave details for the courier?

There is a delivery notes field in the checkout where you can leave details - we can accommodate small vehicle requests, narrow roads, or safe places to leave an order if you're not home. The couriers are also instructed to call you 1 hour prior to arrival.
